Steps from Order to Deliver

FAQ
QIs there a minimum order quantity for this item?
AThe price will be expensive, but we can handle even one piece. Tenugui manufacturing methods are roughly divided into three patterns: "pigment printing," "dyeing," and "inkjet printing."
Regarding pigment printing and dyeing, it is necessary to make a plate before coloring it, and so please note that the minimum lot is around 100 sheets as a guide.
In the manufacturing method of making a plate, it costs nearly 100 sheets equivalent even for one sheet, so in many cases, a manufacturing method called inkjet printing, which does not need a plate, is recommended and used for making one hand towel for example.
QHow long does it take for the tenugui to arrive?
ANormally, it will be about 3 to 4 weeks after the tenugui design is confirmed.
If you are in a hurry, if you consult with the staff, there are many cases where we can deliver a few sheets in a few days depending on the coordination with the factory.
However, even among dyeing, the tenugui hand towel manufacturing method called "injection dyeing" requires a lot of hours for traditional work, so it is difficult to respond to short delivery times and it takes about one month to manufacture.
