About Our “Design + Printing” Integrated Service

To ensure the highest quality results, we generally provide design and printing as a combined service.
When external printing companies are used, it becomes difficult for us to guarantee color accuracy and final output quality.

Our service includes strict quality control—such as color checks and inspections—to protect your brand image.If you require design data only due to special circumstances, we can discuss separate pricing and formats.

Policy on Competitive Bids & Subcontracting

We generally do not participate in competitive bidding (multi-vendor proposals).
This is because we believe that delivering meaningful and effective proposals requires in-depth communication with our clients.
For the same reason, we also do not typically accept subcontracted projects where direct communication with the client is limited.

Revisions

To avoid project delays caused by excessive revisions, we conduct thorough initial consultations and maintain close communication throughout each phase.Basic revisions within the agreed scope are unlimited and free of charge.However, major changes in direction or additional requests may require a separate estimate.

Design Data Policy

To maintain design quality and protect intellectual property, we generally do not provide original design files.
Data transfer fees are not included in standard project costs.If necessary, please consult with us individually.

For New Clients

For new projects, we require a signed agreement and an initial deposit.Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit amount will be determined based on the project scope and schedule.
