(2) Order from the website
Select the product you want from the product list and click on the price from the price list. On the next page, select an option (free or chargeable) and "Add to Cart". Enter your ID and password to log in, then click "Proceed to Order Process". Register the necessary information from the web order form and finalize your order. For more detailed instructions, please refer to "Order Procedure Details".
(3) Data Submission
Please submit your data to us.
- For details on how to submit your data, please refer to the Data Submission Guide. - If you upload your data via the web to our dedicated data submission server, the maximum data size for one file upload is 1GB.
- The maximum file size varies depending on the line you are using, but our system is capable of receiving files up to 1GB in size. The data transfer speed varies greatly depending on the line you are using, so if the progress on the screen is less than 8.4% after 5 minutes of uploading (if not completed within an hour), please lighten the data or send the media in a separate submission method.
- The deadline for data submission is 24:00. (Some products have a different deadline for data submission. Please note that if you submit your order after 24:00, your order will be treated as if it was received on the same day you submitted your data.
(4) Data check
We will check the data you submitted to us to make sure there are no flaws.
The data check is to confirm that the data is printable. Therefore, we do not check the contents of the data, such as design, text, layout, image quality, and overprint color.
If there are any inaccuracies in the data you submit, we will notify you of the "request for resubmission" by e-mail.
(5) Printing and processing
In the case of offset printing, printing plates are made on the printing plate, and printing is performed on the offset printing machine. In the case of on-demand printing, data is sent to the on-demand machine for printing.
(6) Payment and shipping
We will ship your order from our designated shipping company. In the case of bank transfer, please make sure to transfer the fee to the designated account at least two days before the product shipping date. We will ship the product after confirming your payment. Please note that the payment deadline is different for orders that will be shipped in one or two business days.
(7) Delivery of goods
The product has arrived. If you are using cash on delivery, please pay the driver in cash when you receive the product.
